The 142nd Balmoral Show is now taking place until the 14th May.

The Show will offer its usual extravaganza of colour, competition and showmanship along with daily displays of pedigree horses, ponies, cattle, sheep, poultry, pigs and goats. Hundreds of trade stands will be spread throughout the Showgrounds, offering visitors a wide range of products from organic foods, holidays and leisure products to agri machinery, equipment and 4x4 vehicles. Around the Showgrounds there will be lots more to keep the crowds entertained, including Dog Agility competitions, Garden Village, Team Extreme, Sheep Shearing, Balmoral Food Village, Children's Farm, Motocross Displays, Ladies Style Centre and Craft Village to name a few.
Tots to teens will once again be entertained within the dedicated Kids Zone, with the children's farm, an egg hatchery, bungee trampoline, climbing wall, children's rides and much more.
The Garden Village will play host to a variety of gardening demonstrations, covering a wide variety of subjects including hanging baskets and woodturning.

Sir/Madam Can you advise me on getting disabled parking for the Balmoral Show. I will be attending on 14 May 2010 and would like to be able to use the disabled parking bays inside the Kings Hall, however, last year and the previous I was not allowed as I was told they were "being held for Officials" . I have only one leg and find it difficult to park in other places as the buses from the further car parks are standing room only and I cannot manage standing on a moving bus. Can you advise me please. many thanks Kind regards Nicola Nicola Porter
